Nesting

Jeremy and Samantha were enjoying their time off, relaxing and taking in the beginning of a new day. Out of nowhere there was a shriek that pierced out through the crisp morning, like a shard of glass being violently driven into an ear canal. It was undeniably coming from the backyard. The place where just moments ago everything was peaceful. The place where moments ago Shane was sitting...alone.
