New York Life Insurance Co. v. A. Y. Oates

In this cause Mr. Chief Justice WHITFIELD and Mr. Justice DAVIS are of the opinion that the decree of the Circuit Court should
be reversed for further appropriate proceedings while Mr. Justice ELLIS, Mr. Justice BROWN and Mr. Justice BUFORD are of the
opinion that the decree should be affirmed.
