Oglevie, Administrator v. Stasser

This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court decreeing specific performance of a written contract conveying Kansas real estate entered into by a California executor with a Kansas resident and quieting the title to said real estate in the appellee, Merle Stasser. Wilson Eugene Luther, a nonresident of the state of Kansas, owned farm real estate in Sherman County, Kansas. He died testate, a resident of Orange County, California, on June 25, 1970.
