It's the summer of '68 and Jamal is a young roller skater, fresh out of college just trying to have a nice night with his friend and get the girl he's been looking to go with. Unfortunately the night has other plans when he stumbles into a scene he was never supposed to see and his night devolves into chaos in an instant.
