Paese v. Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Co‪.‬

Defendant-Appellant Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company ("Hartford") appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Chin, J.). After a bench trial on the administrative record, the district court found that Plaintiff-Appellee Dennis Paese was entitled to benefits under a long-term disability plan provided by his employer, Sequa Corporation ("Sequa"), through an insurance policy issued by Hartford.
