Page v. Clark

Plaintiff, Paul Page, brought un unlawful detainer action against defendants, Morton and Alice Clark. Defendants counterclaimed for reconveyance of the property, alleging that plaintiff held title as a constructive trustee for defendants. On appeal by defendants we reverse the trial courts dismissal of the counterclaim.
