Pareles v. Mccarthy

The plaintiff, a minor, sustained personal
injuries alleged to have been caused by the
negligence of the defendants. The jury returned

a verdict for the defendants, and the plaintiff
has appealed from the judgment rendered thereon,
claiming that the court erred in its charge to the
jury.
