Patricia E. Sheehan v. University Alaska

This appeal requires us to determine whether the trial court abused its discretion when it denied Patricia Sheehans request for a second extension of time to file an opening brief in an administrative appeal. The denial of the extension resulted in the dismissal of Sheehans case. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse the trial court.
