This is a mechanics lien action. The trial court found that plaintiff Waldbillig Woodworking, Inc., and intervening plaintiff the Dirsmith Group, Inc., do not have valid mechanics liens against the subject property. Wallbillig and Dirsmith appeal from this judgment.
