People State New York v. James Mcgriff

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bonomo, J.), rendered July 13, 1982, convicting him of murder in the second degree, manslaughter in the first degree, robbery in the first degree (two counts), rape in the first degree (two counts), criminal use of a firearm in the first degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed.
