A long way to go

I don't mean to be overly offensive but truth must be told. I'm not being mean or anything, just plain honest with good intentions. This kid doesn't know much about photography or composition. He obviously is not (yet) a good photographer and has a huge ego. His pictures are often bad or mediocre at best. And often times he'll ruin them using cheesy and badly applied effects and filters. This is an obivious case of the Dunning–Kruger effect. Every journey starts with the first step and this could be the first steps, but there is a long way to go still.
