Quade & Sons Refrigeration v. Minnesota

The trial court erred in holding the offer-counteroffer provision of Minn. Stat. ? 549.09, subd. 1(b) (1992) did not apply where the parties offers remained open for less than 30 days. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in awarding costs and disbursements without holding an evidentiary hearing.
