Rabiu v. Immigration and Naturalization Service

Lateef Ayinla Babatunde Rabiu ("Rabiu") petitions this court for review of Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") decisions (1) dismissing Rabius appeal from a June 16, 1993 order of deportation issued by R. Kevin McHugh, Immigration Judge (the "Deportation Order"), and (2) denying his motion to reopen or reconsider his case (the "Reconsideration Motion").
