Ronald Ammons, by and through Wausau Insurance Company ("Wausau"), and Tesker Manufacturing Corporation ("Tesker") appeal and cross appeal, respectively, from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of Tesker in an action in which Wausau sought reimbursement of workers compensation benefits it paid to Ammons on behalf of Vulcan Threaded Products ("Vulcan"), Ammonss former employer. We affirm.
