Safeco Ins. Co. v. Lovely Agency

Defendants Lovely Agency and Donald McHenry appeal from the judgment of the Gallatin County District Court, awarding Safeco Insurance Company (Safeco) prejudgment interest, and from the courts order requiring a supersedeas bond in an amount covering the judgment and prejudgment interest. We affirm.
