Safeco v. Lovely Agency

Defendant/appellant Donald A. Kinney (Kinney) appeals his conviction by jury and judgment by the Fourth Judicial District Court, Page 282 Missoula County, on the offense of driving under the influence (DUI) pursuant to Section 61-8-401, MCA et seq. Kinney claims he was unfairly prejudiced by the States introduction into evidence of prior convictions of DUI. We affirm.
