By order of August 25, 1994, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in Riss v Stroh Brewery Co (Docket No. 96422), and Drouillard v Stroh Brewery Co (Docket No. 96423). By order of January 9, 1996, a decision having been issued in Riss and Drouillard v Stroh Brewery Co, on July 20, 1995, 449 Mich. 293, 536 N.W.2d 530 (1995), the application for leave to appeal was again considered, and by order of January 9, 1996, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decisions in Corbett v Charter Twp of Plymouth (Docket No. 97085), Dane v Stroh Brewery Co (Docket No. 97599); and White v McLouth Steel Products (Docket No. 102521). On order of the Court, a decision having been issued in Corbett v Charter Township of Plymouth, Dane v Stroh Brewery Co, and White v McLouth Steel Products, on December 27, 1996, 453 Mich. 522, 556 N.W.2d 478 (1996), the application for leave to appeal is again considered, and pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this matter to the Workers' Compensation Appellate Commission for proceedings consistent with this Court's decision in Corbett v Charter Township of Plymouth, Dane v Stroh Brewery Co, and White v McLouth Steel Products.
