PROCEEDINGS. - Tuero was convicted of DUI. During voir dire, one juror stated that his wife had been "broadsided by a drunk
driver," but the juror was not removed for cause. The court refused to question the venire on whether they thought DUI penalties
were too harsh. RESULT. - Affirmed. Per Davidson; Jackson & Bench concur.
