Salzman & Salzman v. William A. Gardiner

In an action to recover attorney's fees for services rendered, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Scholnick, J.), dated July 13, 1983, which granted a motion by defendant to extend the time in which to serve an answer and denied a cross motion by plaintiff for a default judgment. Order affirmed, with costs. Defendant's time to serve its answer is extended until 10 days after service upon him of a copy of the order to be made hereon, with notice of entry.
