Sam Zall v. National Labor Relations Board

ORR, C.J.: American Federation of Grain Millers International Union, hereinafter referred to as the Union, filed a charge with the National Labor Relations Board, hereinafter referred to as the Board, charging Sam Zall, an individual doing business as Sam Zall Milling Company, hereinafter referred to as Zall, with violation of ? 8(a)(1) and (5) of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, hereinafter called the Act, 29 U.S.C.A. ? 158(a)(1) and (5).
