Samonte v. State

Petitioner-appellant Lael E. Samonte (Samonte) appeals from the January 26, 2001 order of the circuit court of the first circuit, the Honorable Michael D. Wilson presiding, denying Samontes Hawaii Rules of Penal Procedure (HRPP) Rule 40 petition for post-conviction relief (the Rule 40 petition).
