Saving Nora

Not all who live in Angel City are human, shifter or fae. There are lesser races, ones that are more attached to the land than any other. Nora is an Oat Spirit, the living, breath spirit of the native grasses of the country. Over a century ago the lands she watched over dried up and blew away during the dust bowl. She was found, healed and disconnected from the lands of her birth.

A century later she is living in Angel City, running a bike messenger business. She has friends and clients and enjoys the life she is living. Things were going well until she runs into a Tiger Queen who truly despises the spirit clans. Attacked in her own home Nora is saved by Mamoru, owner of a local dojo.  Together they will have to deal with the Tigress who believes that all spirit clan are toys to be played with and then exterminated. When she is taken  can he and her friends find and save Nora before it is too late.
