Schellinger v. State

(1) The appellant, Peter M. Schellinger, has appealed from the Superior Courts denial of his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Superior Court Criminal Rule 61 ("Rule 61"). We find no merit to the appeal. Accordingly, we affirm.
