Scheuer v. Scheuer

1 Bradley Scheuer appeals a judgment of divorce and an order denying reconsideration, alleging two errors. First, Bradley argues the trial court erred when it based its maintenance order on Bradleys earning capacity rather than his actual income. Second, Bradley contends the trial court failed to consider tax consequences when it divided the marital estate. Because we discern no erroneous exercise of discretion by the trial court, we affirm the judgment and order.
