Servo Corp. v. General Electric Co‪.‬

Servo Corporation of America [hereinafter Servo] charges General Electric Company [hereinafter General Electric] with wilfully infringing three patents relating to the use of devices known as "hot box detectors." Additionally, Servo charges General Electric with acts of unfair competition and unjust enrichment in the deliberate and wilful appropriation and copying of engineering techniques and methods developed by Servo.
