Office of Appellate Courts OPINION A jury found appellant Keith Reece guilty of one count of third-degree criminal sexual
conduct in violation of Minn. Stat. 609.344, subd. 1(c) (2000). Based on his criminal history score of four, his
presumptive sentence under the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines was an executed term of between 84 and 92 months in prison.
