I love this Stronger version of Jaden!
I’ve been waiting patiently for Strike,knowing that Jay Marie had a lot on her plate,knowing it would take a while.
Seeing it on pre-order on iTunes made me jump with joy,and having it in my library was even better!
Having read it,i know it was more than worth the wait......and leaves me wanting that final part,Stand.

Absolute Thrill Ride!
Last year I discovered the Stronger series. I read the first 3 books back-to-back and I became very intrigued by the main characters Jaden and Darren.
The feisty heroine Jaden who was kidnapped for the purpose of human trafficking, but who soon became the obsession of the powerful and ruthless crime lord in charge of the trafficking organisation; Darren.
Darren sees Jaden as the only woman with potential to be worthy enough of him, so he keeps her for himself and sets out to make her Queen to him and his criminal empire - through any means necessary!
But Jaden is prepared to fight him every step of the way.
I found out there will be 5 books in total and I had to wait a year for this fourth part in the series, but it was so worth the wait!
Up till this book, Darren seemed to have the upper hand. But in Strike, the tables seem to start turning a bit. Jaden’s spirit is still not broken and she rises like a phoenix out of the ashes. Now we will have to wait for the conclusion to this story!
The plot of Strike contains many twists and turns to keep you on the edge of your seat and unable to put the book down for very long. The characters (even secondary ones) are amazing and well-written. Darren is such an excellent villain and you really start hoping for Jaden to fight her way out of his clutches!
Be advised, though, that this story is not a Romance. Not even a Dark Romance. A dark erotic Thriller would be the best description to fit this series. If you start reading it expecting a romantic story, you might be disappointed.
