If you've never tried juicing before, THIS book is why you should get started.
It's not difficult and can totally change your lifestyle. Healthy, really good tasting juices, fruits, veggies, once you've tried them you're addicted. I started juicing just about 3 weeks ago, and my family loves it. The kids even juice their own juices and smoothies and take them to school. This book has the most amazing recipies and you should definately get started now!!!!

The recipes are great and amazingly simple. They are very hard to screw up and will never fail u.
Ever since I discovered Jason Vale and his juicy lifestyle, my entire look on life has changed.
