From 2006-2014 he was the global HR Director for ARCADIS, the leading global natural and built asset design and consultancy firm, with 22,000 employees worldwide. In this book Tom Haak shares his views on the future of HR. His tone is light, but at the same time the book contains some serious thoughts and ideas for hr professionals and others interested in people in organizations. The photo’s are hilarious.
