In the town of Canada, there lived an African American family of four consisting of the father, mother and two kids. The boy, Bernard Jackson was a successful fashion designer and the girl, Ellie Jackson was a successful businessperson. The Jacksons were well known in that part of town and they had balls and events, which they attended where they got in contact with eligible African Americans. They always wanted the best for their daughter who was successful yet single contrary to her brother who dated all kinds of beautiful black women.
Ellie worked in the biggest business firm in Canada but her boss was a white man. She handled the company so well that she was promoted to certain positions that even her colleagues who were white did not occupy. She was so busy that she did not have time to date or landscape her backyard. A colleague of hers who was white set her up on a blind date where she met Alexander Hill….she met him at a place where most black people gather and was so embarrassed that she began to talk to people she did not know.
