Thelma Josephine Alleyn v. State Indiana

PIVARNIK, J. Appellant Alleyn was convicted of voluntary manslaughter at the Conclusion of a jury trial in Madison Circuit Court on November 8, 1979. She was sentenced to twenty (20) years in prison and also fined in the sum of one hundred ($100.00) dollars and costs.
