Publisher Description
The provision contained in this standard subcontract agreement obligating a subcontractor to obtain and maintain general liability
insurance coverage is not an unenforceable indemnification agreement within the meaning of Minn. Stat. § 337.02 (1988), but
instead is a valid agreement to provide specific insurance coverage under Minn. Stat. § 337.05 (1988). Heard, considered, and decided by the court en banc.
