"Thoughts From Within" is the first book by author Erick Kristian and is a mix of thoughts, ideas, quotes, philosophies, stories and general self improvement. The book began as a journal of thoughts often inspired by others then tailored to include only the most relevant of ideas. This book includes the wisdom of sages written in an understandable straightforward manner.
