What are grits? Grits are hominy. Hominy hominy does it take to make a bowl of grits? When do you harvest grits? Can you really patch a tire with cold grits? And am I really writing a book called Death by Grits? (Yes! It has happened!)


"Georgia Ice Cream" has gone international. A Japanese dignitary received a package of grits as a gift and wrote: "I thank you for the grits seeds. They are planted - but have not yet come up."
