¶1. Kelly Caldie appeals that part of the parties' divorce judgment denying her maintenance.*fn1 Because the court erroneously exercised its discretion, we reverse the maintenance portion of the divorce judgment and remand to the circuit court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
