[U] Call v. Milgard Manufacturing

Jeffrey Call appeals the trial courts denial of his motion to vacate the jury verdict and confirm the arbitration award, arguing that the trial court was required to enter judgment on the award because the request for trial de novo was not perfected pursuant to MAR 7.1. Call also appeals the courts denial of his request for fees and costs. We affirm the denial of the motion to vacate and reverse the denial of costs.
