[U] State V. Heindl

¶1 Shane Heindl appeals his judgment of conviction for misdemeanor battery, contrary to WIS. STAT.§ 940.19(1), on the ground that the circuit court erred in refusing to give a jury instruction on self-defense. We conclude the circuit court did not err and therefore affirm.
