W. and H. Massingill, Plaintiffs v. A. C. Downs

It was argued by Mr. Sargent and Mr. Bell, for the plaintiff, and Mr. Lawrence and Mr. Badger, for Downs, the claimant. Mr. Sargent and Mr. Bell made the following points:–– 1.
