W. C. Dodd v. United States America

This appeal presents the recurring problem of a petition for relief under Title 28, Section 2255, United States Code, by a prisoner in federal custody appearing in pro. per., and the summary denial of relief by the district judge. We consider herein the contention that appellants appointed attorney failed to file a notice of appeal, although requested to do so.
