This case involves the issue of whether a purchaser of a cashiers check can require the issuing bank to stop payment on the check. Appellant Al Ward dba Wards Used Iron filed a complaint against appellee First Interstate Bank of Riverton praying that the bank be required to stop payment on a cashiers check purchased by appellant. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the bank and appellant brings this appeal.
