Widow's Wedding Gamble

A wager…

to win her hand!

Part of Widowed to Wed: Lady Matilda hosts a gaming house, much to the disapproval of the parish council, who want to shut her down for running it as a single widow. Unexpected rescue comes from Australian rogue Ben Smith—the stranger she discovers naked and asleep in an upstairs bedroom!

Ben is outraged for lovely Matilda—Society’s judgement is the reason he moved Down Under. Now, as the new Earl of Roscarrock, he has duties to fulfil and a convenient marriage solves both their problems. So, he declares himself her fiancé!
