Yantz v. Warden of Maryland House of Correction

This appeal from a judgment on a directed verdict for the appellee at the close of the appellants case, involves two questions: the applicability of Code (1957) Article 66 1/2, Sec. 234, and the legal effect of the negligence of the driver of the automobile upon the appellant, who was a joint owner of the car, the mother of the driver, and a passenger therein.
