Publisher Description
A jury convicted Clinton Wayne York of indecency with a child and sentenced him to twenty years in prison and a $10,000 fine. York brings four issues on appeal: (1) the punishment charge was fundamentally defective; (2) the trial court erred by overruling his motions for mistrial; (3) the trial court erred by overruling his objection to the States jury argument; and (4) the judgment should be reformed. We affirm.
