On a stormy night in the Pacific Northwest, eight high school friends break into an abandoned asylum marred by an evil past to have a party. As the night progresses, the storm gathers intensity outside and the building starts to come to life. 

An unfortunate accident forces three of them to rush to the hospital, leaving five others behind. As her friends start to disappear, Megan begins to worry and feels an old time evil has awaken. Forced to search for her friends, she encounters three wicked characters from the past. Will Megan find her friends before it's too late? Will her nightmare end? Will they survive A Party in Hell?
