As the first targets in the secret Keystone effort begin changing their votes to elect Sam to the Presidency, Jack is drawn back to the Florida Keys where he struggles to thwart the Russian mob as they seek to raise $65 million from the sunken narco-sub. 

Jack becomes aware of the deepening relationship between Matt Hawkins and Patricia Vaughn, knowing they are unaware how important Matt is becoming to the undercover White House effort to swing the election. 

Can Jack save the young couple from the nefarious and secretive powerful forces arrayed against them? Can he head off Derek and the Russian mob he’s alligned with? Can he save his dad’s push to become President?

And can he save himself while doing so?
