Publisher Description

OPINION BY BECK, J.: Filed January 13, 1995 In this contract case we revisit the issue of whether the parol evidence rule precludes admission of evidence of allegedly fraudulent misrepresentations made during negotiations leading to written agreements, where the alleged misrepresentations concern a subject specifically dealt with in the agreements. We conclude that the bar of the parol evidence rule applies and, therefore, affirm.
