Tearing your ACL can be devastating if you are active and you play a lot of sports.  If you decide to have your ACL repaired surgically, then it is a 6 month recovery.  Only after 6 months can you continue your life as you were living it before you tore your ACL.

Since I lived through the injury, I want to help others on their road to recovery.  


The road to recovery is long, but it is possibly to get stronger and be in the best shape of your life even with the ACL injury.
