Amazing Mason

Shortly after, Mason, our youngest of four children turned age 3, we discovered that he has Apraxia. A disorder that is not curable and not well understood by modern medicine. Mason's Apraxia limits control of the small muscles in his mouth and hands, hindering proper speech and precise hand/finger functionality. Individuals suffering from Apraxia sometimes appear or sound mentally handicapped, due to the communication failure between their brain and muscles. Apraxia does not affect intellect!


This living book will chronicle one families experiences with Apraxia and will continue to grow as Mason grows.
