After losing everything, including his fiancee, in a bad investment, Grady Harrison decides to leave his blossoming acting career, and Hollywood, behind. Heading east he Happens upon a small North Carolina town, where he meets an assortment of strange and wonderful characters, especially Lily, the woman of his dreams. Unfortunately, he guards a secret that could separate them before they even start a relationship.
