Impressions of Yunnan

Three times I traveled through Yunnan, a province located in southwest China. I spent some time in rural areas and visited ancient villages. I walked a few days through the rice fields of Yuanyang and enjoyed the scenery of red earth Dongchuan.

I celebrated the Torch festival with the Yi ethnic people. The festival was celebrated in and around Xichang, which is situated in the southern part of Sichuan province, close to the Yunnan

border.
